NOTE: When sending photos, please send a JPG file. Zip files cannot be accepted.
Most replacement parts such as bumpers, plastic rail clips, brackets, and hardware are available though our Technical Support Request. A digital picture of the part may be required for identification. When sending photos please send a JPG file. Zip files cannot be accepted. If available, replacement parts will be mailed. Delivery will take 2-4 weeks.

Slides installed into wood applications (i.e.: furniture or cabinetry) are purchased through the Woodworking wholesale or retail distributors.
Slides installed into metal applications are purchased through the Industrial & Electromechanical distributors.
Wholesale distributors sell to cabinet shops and other related businesses with resale licenses. Retail distributors sell slide products to the semi-professional or hobbyist woodworkers who do not require large quantities. Large volume purchases by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are the only direct sales handled by Accuride.
Click here to locate wholesale or retail distributors. Only your local distributor can provide pricing on the products you wish to purchase.
NOTE: Some products have a minimum order quantity
The basic factors to consider when selecting a slide are:
Drawer Width or Door Size — All products specify a maximum dimension for drawer width or door size. This is an important factor when selecting a slide.
Load rating — Each product specifies the weight that it will carry. Load rating is based on testing done with an 18" length slide. Be sure to review the technical sheet for the products you are considering for specific load rating capabilities.
Length required — the depth of your drawer determines the slide length. As a rule, always use the maximum length allowable in the application.
Side Space available: The amount of space a particular slide requires between the side of the drawer and side of the cabinet.
The following links provide more information on slide selection. You may also contact your local distributor for assistance.
Each Accuride product has a Technical Sheet that provides installation instructions and detailed slide specifications. Technical Sheets are available for download here:
Most Accuride products come with the following types of disconnect mechanisms: Lever, Rail, Friction, and Push Latch. This video describes the operation of the disconnect mechanisms available on our drawer slides.
Read our blog Slideology 101: The Art of Disconnect to learn more on the variety of disconnect methods that will help you remove your drawer.
All Accuride products undergo stringent testing. The recommended constraints are established to maximize product performance and durability. The Limited Lifetime Warranty will not cover slides that are damaged due to improper installation, excessive loads, or any use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product.
Note: Because the slide performance can be affected by factors unique to a specific application, always test slides in your intended application.
Also known as under mounting or flat mounting. Accuride has specific models designed to be mounted under the drawer (bottom-mounted, under-mounted, or flat-mounted).
We do not recommend flat-mounting slides that are designed to be side mounted because it reduces the load carrying capacity to less than 25% of the side-mount capacity.
Also known as under mounting or flat mounting. Several slide models have been designed and tested for flat or center mounting (also referred to as under mounting, flat mounting, bottom mounting). Models 1029, 3132, 3640A, and 9301 are designed for this type of mounting. See the Accuride technical sheets for details.
If the drawer won't stay closed, has rough movement or binds, or the drawer has separated from slide, contact the source from which the slide or furniture was purchased. To purchase a replacement slide, contact your local distributor.
Two-dimensional CAD drawings are available for Accuride's entire product line. Three-dimensional (igs files) models are only available for specific slide models only.
There are several elements to flipper door slide selection: door weight, height, and thickness; whether the installation is inset or overlay, and how much overlay is desired.
The "Application Guide for Flipper Door & Pocket Door Slides" will provide the specifications to help you with product selection.
Refer to the Hinge Option Guides or individual product Technical Sheets for hinge selection.
IMPORTANT:
Please review all information provided on the Technical Sheets before selecting your slides and hinges to be sure the components are compatible with the door thickness and amount of overlay planned for your project.
All Accuride products are RoHS compliant. For specific details and information, contact us through the Technical Support Request.
Most Accuride slides are manufactured with 25 to 35% recycled steel. The stainless steel products contain approximately 60% recycled material. For further information, please send inquiries to info@accuride.com.
